You may be eligible to use this grant to purchase a home if you:

– Have not owned a home in the past 3 years
– Are an active or retired Local State or Federal Government employee
– Are a current or retired medical professional
– Have EVER served as an unpaid volunteer (PTA, Sports Coach, Church, etc)

General Qualifications:

– 580+ Fico
– Max Debt To Income Ration 49.99%
– 1-2 Unit property
– Manufactured Homes (Single, Double, & Triple Wide on Permanent Foundation – no leased land)
– PUD’s, Townhouses, FHA Approved Condo’s
– Up to 6% Seller Concession allowed

The department maintains a recovery fund to make payments of certain actual out of pocket damages sustained by borrowers caused by acts of licensed residential mortgage loan originators. Written application for reimbursement from the recovery fund must be filed with and investigated by the department prior to the payment of a claim.
